By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. USE LICENSE

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• • Submit daily check-ins
• • Interact with other users through comments and follows
• • Use our API with valid API keys

3. USER ACCOUNTS

Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Account Termination

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Service.

Content Removal

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

Subscription Tiers

• • Pro: Enhanced features and API access

Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. No refunds for partial months or after 7 days.

7. API USAGE

If you use our API, you agree to:

• • Use API keys securely and not share them
• • Respect rate limits
• • Not use the API for malicious purposes
• • Comply with our API documentation
• • Not reverse engineer our API

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are and will remain the exclusive property of ShipStreaks. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

10. DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShipStreaks from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
